Even better, for those who place an order between Monday and Friday before 2:30pm, you’ll enjoy free next day delivery on your products. However, do note our excellent delivery service does come with some limitations. For more remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery may incur additional fees and take slightly longer.
What if my 50 inch TV arrives damaged?
If your 50 inch TV arrives damaged, contact our excellent customer service team within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and deliver a new product to you. At Ferguson TV we are committed to resolving any issues that arise during delivery.
What if I want to return my 50” TV?
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t exactly what you need. To this end, Ferguson TV has a generous 14-day no-quibble returns policy in place, giving you the security you need to buy and try any of our TV products. This will allow you to make sure the TV is right for you. However, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If your Ferguson TV develops a technical issue after the 14-day return window but is still under warranty, contact our customer service team. We will assist you with arranging a repair or replacement. However, returning non-faulty TVs after 14 days will incur courier charges.
