What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
For all TVs ordered online, we offer a fast, efficient, and free delivery service. For those who place an order on a weekday (Monday to Friday) before 2:30pm, we can offer free next day delivery. However, do note that for those living in remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery may incur courier fees and take slightly longer than to non-remote regions.
What if my 40 inch TV arrives damaged?
If the 40 inch TV you’ve ordered arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of the product’s delivery. Our experienced customer care team will make sure you are well looked after by arranging for the pickup of the damaged product and for the delivery of a new product to you – all free of charge.
What if I want to return my 40” TV?
Ferguson TV provides a 14-day no-quibble returns window for all our products, that starts the day you receive your product via our courier. Our 14-day window will give you an abundance of time to try out the TV and make sure it meets all your needs. However, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team. Our team will help you with the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
At Ferguson TV we stand by the quality of our products. But we realise that on rare occasions issues can arise with electronic products that are not your fault. If a fault happens with your TV, and the product is covered by our warranty, we will arrange for a replacement TV to be sent to you, or for the repair of your current TV if possible.
