What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offers a fast, efficient, and free delivery service for all TVs ordered online. Better yet, if you place your order on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 2:30pm, you can enjoy free next day delivery. However, do note that deliveries to remote areas of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, may incur courier fees and take longer. Next day deliveries are not possible for these remote regions.
What if my 43 inch TV arrives damaged?
If your 43 inch TV ordered from us arrives damaged, contact our attentive customer care team within 72 hours of the product’s delivery. This will allow you to explain the condition of the damaged product and allow our team to arrange for the pickup of the damaged product, as well as for the delivery of a replacement. We stand by our commitment to our customers to provide high-quality products at affordable rates.
What if I want to return my 43” TV?
Ferguson TV provides a 14-day no-quibble returns window for all products that starts the day you receive your TV. This lengthy 14-day window gives you all the time you need to test the TV and make sure it meets all your expectations. If, for any reason, it doesn’t, you can initiate a return with us. Simply reach out to our customer care team and we’ll guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
At Ferguson TV we stand by the quality of our products. That being said, we realise that on rare instances, a TV can develop a fault after the initial 14-day return window has passed. If this happens to you and your TV is still under our warranty, we will arrange for the repair of the TV or for a replacement to be sent out to you. For assistance, contact our customer care team.
