What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offers a fast, efficient, and free delivery service for all TVs ordered online from us – regardless of brand. For those who place their order before 2:30pm between Monday and Friday, our free next day delivery option is available. Do note that our next day delivery is not available for more remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. These areas may take a bit longer to deliver too and may incur courier fees.
What if my 55 inch TV arrives damaged?
If the 55 inch TV you’ve ordered arrives damaged, you should contact us within 72 hours of receiving the damaged product in the mail. We stand by our commitment to our customers to provide high-quality products at affordable rates. Our experienced and attentive customer care team will guide you through the returns process and will make sure you’re well looked after. We’ll arrange for the pickup of the damaged product and for a replacement to be sent out to you.
What if I want to return my 55” TV?
If you receive your smart TV, test it out, and it;s not for you – that’s ok! At Ferguson TV we offer a 14-day no-quibble returns window where you can return the TV for any reason. This window gives you all the time you need to test the TV and make sure it does everything that you want and need it to do. If you want to return it during this window, reach out to our customer care team and we’ll guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
At Ferguson TV we stand behind the quality of our TVs but realise that sometimes a product will have issues or develop a fault through no fault of your own. If something is wrong with your TV and this is covered by the TV’s warranty, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help by repairing the TV or sending a replacement out to you.
