What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
At Ferguson TV we operate a fast, free and efficient next day delivery service on almost all our TV products. Place your order online before 2:30pm on a working day and you’ll receive next day delivery (free of charge) for applicable products. Do note that some limitations apply to this service, for instance, next day free delivery isn’t possible for remote regions of the UK (such as the islands, Scottish Highlands, and Northern Ireland). Delivery to these locations may incur additional costs and take longer.
What if my 43 inch TV arrives damaged?
If your 43 inch TV arrives damaged, you should contact us within 72 hours of the product’s receipt. Our attentive and experienced customer care team will guide you through the returns process, take your account of the damage, and get a new TV sent out to you as quickly as possible. We’ll even arrange for the pickup of the damaged product for you. At Ferguson TV we are committed to resolving any issues that arise with damage via delivery.
What if I want to return my 43” TV?
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t exactly what you need. That is why Ferguson TV offers a 14-day no-quibble returns policy. This will allow you to take all the time you need to set up and test your TV, making sure the TV is right for you. If you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If our 14-day returns policy has passed and you’re having an issue with your TV, reach out to us. All the TV products we sell via Ferguson TV will come with a warranty that covers various faults that can happen with the product. If the issue you’re having with your TV falls under warranty cover, we’ll arrange for the repair or replacement of your TV. Do note that sending TVs back to us after the 14-day returns window may incur courier charges.
