What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Having your TV delivered with Ferguson TV couldn’t be easier. After you place your order for your TV of choice, you can expect a fast, efficient, and free delivery service. Even better, if you place your order before 2:30 pm from Monday to Friday, you can enjoy our free next day delivery service.However, please note that our next day delivery service is not available for more remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these locations may also incur additional fees.
What if my 32 inch TV arrives damaged?
If the 32 inch TV you’ve ordered arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately within 72 hours of the product’s receipt. Our customer care team will then guide you through the returns process so that we can get a new TV sent out to you, and so we can arrange for the pickup of the damaged product. At Ferguson TV we are committed to resolving any issues that arise with damage via delivery.
What if I want to return my 32” TV?
We understand that sometimes a product isn’t exactly what you need. To this end, Ferguson TV has a generous 14-day no-quibble returns policy in place, giving you the security you need to buy and try any of our TV products. This will allow you to make sure the TV is right for you. However, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If our 14-day returns policy has passed and you’re having an issue with your TV, reach out to us and talk to our customer care team. We stand behind the quality of our TVs but realise that faults can happen, no matter how rare they may be, which is why we offer a warranty with every product. If the issue your having with your TV falls under warranty cover, contact us, and we’ll arrange for the repair or replacement of your TV. Do note that sending TVs back to us after the 14-day returns window may incur courier charges.
