What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offer a fast and efficient delivery service for all TVs. If you place your order before 2:30 pm on a working day, you can enjoy our free next day delivery service on most products. However, our next day delivery service is not available for more remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland. If you are ordering a TV to any of these more remote regions, you may need to pay additional courier fees and will have a slightly longer delivery time for your order.
What if my 75 inch TV arrives damaged?
In the rare and unfortunate event that your 75 inch TV arrives damaged, you should contact us immediately within 72 hours. Our attentive and understanding customer care team will discuss the issue you’re having with the TV and arrange for the pickup of the damaged product. We’ll also arrange for a replacement TV to be sent out to you. At Ferguson TV we are dedicated to ensuring every customer is happy with our products and quality of our service.
What if I want to return my 75” TV?
Ferguson TV has a generous 14-day no-quibble returns policy in place for those who may want to return a TV they’ve ordered. We want every customer to order one of our TVs with the security net of this 14-day window to make sure you have enough time to test it and make sure the TV does everything you want it to. Even after this 14-day window, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If our 14-day returns policy has passed and you’re having an issue with your TV, reach out to us and talk to our customer care team. We stand by every person that chooses to shop with us for their TV and will help you resolve any issues you are having with it. If you need to return your TV due to a fault you’re having with it, and this fault is covered by our product warranty, our customer care team will arrange for the pickup and repair of your TV. If it cannot be repaired, then we will replace the TV for you. Do note that returns after the 14-day returns window may incur courier charges.
