What delivery options does Ferguson TV Offer?

For this Roku TV, as it is a 65” inch TV, we offer free delivery to the UK mainland using a 3-5 working day service. This excludes the highlands, islands, and Northern Ireland.

What if my Roku 65 Inch TV arrives damaged?

In the event that your TV should arrive damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of getting the TV delivered and let us know so that we can arrange for an uplift to replace your damaged items.

What if I want to return my Roku TV?

If you receive your Roku TV and you wish to return it for any reason, Ferguson TV offers a 14 day no-quibble cancellation and returns policy. If you do wish to return your TV, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.

What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?

If, for instance, the TV develops a fault, then we can accept a TV for repair under the terms of the warranty. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept a return after the 14 day cancellation and returns period. If you want to return a non-faulty TV after the 14 day window, you will be required to pay the courier charge.
