For all TVs ordered online, we offer a fast, efficient, and free delivery service. For those who place an order on a weekday (Monday to Friday) before 2:30pm, we can offer free next day delivery. However, do note that for those living in remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery may incur courier fees and take slightly longer than to non-remote regions.
What if my 65 inch TV arrives damaged?
If your 65 inch TV ordered from us arrives damaged, contact our attentive customer care team within 72 hours of the product’s delivery. This will allow you to explain the condition of the damaged product and allow our team to arrange for its pickup, as well as for the delivery of a replacement.
What if I want to return my 65” TV?
Ferguson TV provides a 14-day no-quibble returns window for all our products, that starts the day you receive your product via our courier. However, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team. Our team will help you with the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
At Ferguson TV we stand behind the quality of our TVs. However, we realise that sometimes a product can develop an issue through no fault of your own. If something is wrong with your TV and the issue is covered by the TV’s warranty, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help. We can arrange a repair for the TV or send a replacement out to you.
