What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offers a fast, efficient, and free next day delivery service to most of the UK mainland. If you order before 2:30pm on a working day, we’ll get your TV to you for the next working day. This does, however, exclude remote UK regions like the Scottish highlands, UK islands, and Northern Ireland. Delivery to these locations may incur additional costs and take longer.
What if my 50 inch TV arrives damaged?
If your 50 inch TV arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours of receiving the delivery. Our customer care team will look after you and arrange for the pickup of the damaged product, as well as for the delivery of a new product to you. At Ferguson TV we are committed to resolving any issues that arise with damage via delivery.
What if I want to return my 50” TV?
We recognise that sometimes a product won’t meet all your requirements when you get it into the space you envisioned for it – and that’s fine! Ferguson TV offers a 14-day no-quibble returns policy for this very reason. Take all the time you need to set up and test your TV, making sure it is right for you. If not, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If our 14-day returns policy has passed and you’re having an issue with your TV, contact us. All the TV products we sell via Ferguson TV will come with a warranty. If the issue you’re having with your TV falls under warranty cover and the warranty is still valid, we’ll arrange for the repair or replacement of your TV. Do note that sending TVs back to us after the 14-day returns window may incur courier charges.
