What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offers a fast and free delivery service for all TVs. Even better, for those who place an order between Monday and Friday before 2:30pm, you’ll enjoy free next day delivery on your products. However, do note our excellent delivery service does come with some limitations. For more remote regions of the UK, such as the UK islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands, and Northern Ireland, delivery may incur additional fees and take slightly longer.
What if my 40 inch TV arrives damaged?
If the 40 inch TV you’ve ordered arrives damaged, don’t worry! The first thing you should do is contact us within 72 hours of the product delivery. After contacting us, our experienced customer care team will help you through the returns process to ensure we can pick up the damaged product and provide you with a new one. At Ferguson TV we are all about our sterling customer service and ensuring every customer is well looked after.
What if I want to return my 40” TV?
At Ferguson TV we provide a generous and lengthy 14-day no-quibble returns window after receipt of your TV product. This gives you plenty of time to try and test the TV to ensure it does everything you need it to. However, if you do want to return the TV, reach out to our customer care team and they’ll happily guide you through the returns process.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
If our 14-day returns policy has passed and you want to return a TV, we can help. We realise that rarely a TV product we sell can develop a fault outside the initial 14-day returns window. If this happens, and your TV is covered by its warranty, we are more than happy to arrange for a repair or for a replacement TV to be sent to you. Contact our customer care team and they’ll assist you with your queries.
