What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
Ferguson TV offers fast, free delivery on all UK TV orders. If you place your order before 2:30pm Monday to Friday, we’ll ship your TV the next day. Do note that remote regions of the UK, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, UK islands, and Northern Ireland may incur longer delivery times as well as courier fees.
What if my 32 inch TV arrives damaged?
In the rare and unfortunate event your 32 inch TV arrives damaged, contact our customer care team within 72 hours and we’ll make sure to help you with a solution. OUr customer care team will guide you through the process of explaining what’s happened to the TV, and getting a replacement TV out to you. We’ll also help arrange the pickup of the damaged product.
What if I want to return my 32” TV?
Every TV we sell comes with a 14-day no-quibble return policy, to make sure the TV you’ve ordered will suit all your needs. For those who wish to return the TV they’ve purchased, get in touch with our dedicated customer service team and they’ll help you with your return.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
At Ferguson TV we realise that issues can arise with products beyond the initial 14-day return window. If the issue, fault, or damage your TV has sustained is covered by the product warranty we offer, get in touch with us. We’ll make sure to find a solution that works for you, be it repairing your current TV or sending out a replacement model. Do note that returns after the 14-day window may incur courier charges.
