What delivery options does Ferguson TV offer?
When you buy a 22 inch HD TV from us, you can get free next day delivery if you place your order before 2:30pm during Monday to Friday. There are some exceptions to our speedy delivery service. For example, if you live in remote areas of the UK like the Scottish Highlands, the Islands, and Northern Ireland, we cannot guarantee next day delivery. Delivery to these locations usually takes 3-5 business days and may incur additional courier charges.
What if my 22” High Definition TV arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event your 22” HD TV arrives damaged, don’t worry, as we will be on hand ready to help. Simply reach out to our friendly customer support team within 72 hours of receiving your damaged TV to organise a replacement TV. Our customer service team will guide you through the whole process.
What if I want to return my TV?
Is the TV you ordered not what you need? At Ferguson TV we have you covered. We offer a lengthy 14-day return window for all TVs, including this 22 inch HD TV model. This gives you plenty of time to try it out and see if it’s the right size and has the right features for you. If, within 14 days you decide it’s not the right TV for you, our friendly customer service team is happy to help you return the product and help you find a TV that is.
What if I need to return my TV after 14 days?
All the TVs we manufacture here at Ferguson TV are made using only the best high-quality materials to ensure your TV stands the test of time. However, we are aware that malfunctions can happen, which is why we also provide detailed warranty cover for all of our TVs. If your TV is experiencing issues after the 14 days return window, and is still covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, we are more than happy to help. Get in touch with us and we’ll arrange for your TV to be repaired or replaced. Do note that returns after the 14 day window may incur courier fees.
